20 year old healthy boy whose right eye was struck by a basketball 2 hours prior to presentation.
Ophthalmologic exam:
Vision :Hand motion , with no afferent pupillary defect.
SLE : Normal anterior segment;
Eyelid clean and conjunctiva white .
Cornea : clear, no edema or folds
Anterior chamber : deep and quiet, no cells
Iris : round and reactive
Lens : clear
Tension was 7 mm Hg in both eyes. Siedel test negative.
